We work with Mollie, who will guide you safely through your online payment. Your payment details and credit card information will only be used for the payment and will never be released to other parties.
You can pay via Bancontact, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, PayPal, Belfius Online Banking, ING HomeBANK or KBC/CBC Online.
Shipping of your order
Your order will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days after receipt of payment. If you place an order on Friday or over the weekend, your order will be processed on Monday. We don’t ship on national holidays.
We ship with Bpost and DPD. Both trackable service straight to your door, a pick up point or locker of your choice. You will receive an email with all tracking information.
Free shipping and free exchange apply.
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We will not be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Exchanging of your order
Please follow the same steps as online returns. If you want to exchange sizes, we offer free return and delivery.
If you like to return your order after an exchange, the delivery costs will be deducted from your order.
You can return any unwanted item up to 21 days after delivery. After this date, returns will no longer be accepted. Please note that the returned item must be send:
- in impeccable condition
- in the original packaging including the tag
- unworn and unwashed
- complete (including all accompanying items, such as belt etc.)
- accompanied by the original packing slip
We will inspect the returned item and once the return is approved, we will initiate a reimbursement to your chosen payment method within 15 days from the day we’ve received your return package. Items that do not meet these conditions are returned to the customer.
Returning articles is at your own expense. We will provide you with a return label but all delivery costs will be deducted from your order refund.

- Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return. Mention your order number & reason of return.
- We will provide you with a return label.
- Return the item and wait up to 15 days to receive your refund.
